- 1/4 cup oyster sauce

- 1 teaspoon sesame oil

- 1 teaspoon red pepper flakes (optional)

Direction

1. In a large pot of boiling water, cook the spaghetti according to package directions until al dente. Drain and set aside.

2. In a large skillet or wok, heat the olive oil over medium-high heat. Add the onion and garlic and cook until softened, about 2-3 minutes.

3. Add the frozen vegetables to the skillet and cook for an additional 2-3 minutes, until they are slightly softened.

4. In a small bowl, mix together the soy sauce, oyster sauce, sesame oil, and red pepper flakes (if using).

6. Pour the sauce over the spaghetti and vegetables. Stir everything together until the spaghetti is evenly coated with the sauce.

7. Cook for an additional 2-3 minutes, until the spaghetti is heated through and the sauce has thickened slightly.

8. Taste and season with salt and pepper as needed.

9. Serve the lo mein hot, garnished with sliced green onions if desired. Enjoy your delicious and quick 15 minute lo mein!
