Description

These fluffy pancakes are made with only three ingredients, making for a quick and easy breakfast that's perfect for busy mornings.

Ingredient

- 1 cup all-purpose flour

- 1 cup milk

- 1 egg

- Olive oil

- Salt and pepper (optional)

Direction

1. In a large mixing bowl, crack one egg and beat it well with a whisk or fork.

 

2. Gradually add in the flour, stirring continuously until the mixture becomes thick and lumpy.

 

3. Slowly pour in the milk, while continuing to whisk, until the batter becomes smooth and slightly runny.

 

4. Add a pinch of salt and pepper to the batter if desired, for extra flavor.

 

5. Heat a non-stick pan over medium heat and lightly coat it with olive oil.

 

6. Once the pan is hot, pour about 1/4 cup of the pancake batter onto the pan.

 

7. Cook for about 1-2 minutes or until bubbles start to form on the surface of the pancake.

 

8. Flip the pancake and cook for an additional 1-2 minutes on the other side.

 

9. Repeat the process with the remaining batter, adding more olive oil to the pan as needed.

 

10. Serve the pancakes warm, topped with your favorite toppings such as syrup, butter, fruit, or whipped cream.
