For the dip base, mix 100g light soft cheese with 50g fat-free bio-yogurt.


- 4 creamy dips (such as hummus, ranch, spinach and artichoke, or tzatziki)

- 1 tablespoon olive oil

- Salt and pepper

- Dried oregano

- Pita bread, cut into triangles

- Assorted vegetables for dipping (carrots, cucumbers, bell peppers, etc.)


1. Start by preheating your oven to 350 degrees Fahrenheit.


2. In a small bowl, mix together 1 tablespoon of olive oil, a pinch of salt, a pinch of pepper, and a pinch of dried oregano. This will be used to brush on the pita bread before baking.


3. Lay out the pita triangles on a baking sheet and brush the olive oil and seasoning mixture on both sides of each triangle.


4. Bake the pita bread in the preheated oven for 8-10 minutes, or until crispy.


5. While the pita bread is baking, prepare your vegetables for dipping. Wash and cut them into bite-sized pieces.


6. Once the pita bread is done, remove it from the oven and let it cool for a few minutes.


7. Arrange the 4 creamy dips on a platter, leaving space for the pita bread and vegetables.


8. Place the pita bread triangles and vegetables around the dips on the platter.


9. Serve and enjoy your creamy dip platter with your choice of dips and vegetables. The pita bread can also be used to scoop up and enjoy the dips. Optional: You can also sprinkle some extra dried oregano on top of the dips for added flavor.
