These almond butter honey oat bars are the perfect snack. With a chewy oats, nutty almond butter, and sticky honey, they're a great breakfast or snack.

Ingredient

-2 cups rolled oats

-1/2 cup almond butter

-1/4 cup honey

-2 tablespoons olive oil

-1 teaspoon cinnamon

-1/4 teaspoon sea salt

Direction

1. Preheat your oven to 350 degrees Fahrenheit (180 degrees Celsius) and line an 8x8 inch baking dish with parchment paper.

 

2. In a large mixing bowl, combine the rolled oats, almond butter, honey, olive oil, cinnamon, and sea salt. Mix well until all the ingredients are evenly combined.

 

3. Pour the mixture into the prepared baking dish and use a spatula to evenly spread it out.

 

4. Bake for 20-25 minutes, or until the edges start to turn golden brown.

 

5. Remove the dish from the oven and allow it to cool for 10-15 minutes.

 

6. Once cooled, use the parchment paper to lift the bars out of the dish. Place them on a cutting board and use a sharp knife to cut them into desired size bars.
