Description

These bagel boats are a delicious and easy breakfast or brunch option. Made with your favorite bagels and topped with eggs, bacon, and cheese, they are a crowd-pleaser.

Ingredient

- 4 bagel boats

- 1 tbsp olive oil

- Salt

- Black pepper

- Garlic powder

- Italian seasoning

- 1 cup shredded mozzarella cheese

- 1/2 cup sliced cherry tomatoes

- 1/4 cup sliced black olives

- 1/4 cup chopped fresh basil

Direction

1. Preheat the oven to 375°F (190°C).

 

2. Slice the bagel boats in half horizontally to create four open-faced bagels.

 

3. Place the bagel boats on a baking sheet lined with parchment paper.

 

4. In a small bowl, mix together the olive oil, salt, black pepper, garlic powder, and Italian seasoning. Brush this mixture onto the cut side of each bagel boat.

 

5. Sprinkle the shredded mozzarella cheese evenly over the bagel boats.

 

6. Top the bagel boats with sliced cherry tomatoes, black olives, and chopped fresh basil.

 

7. Season with a pinch of salt and black pepper on top of the vegetables.

 

8. Bake the bagel boats in the preheated oven for 10-12 minutes, or until the cheese is melted and bubbly.

 

9. Remove the bagel boats from the oven and let them cool for a few minutes.
