Serve this adaptable Mexican-style dish for brunch, breakfast or dinner with spicy tomato sauce
- 4 eggs
- 4 slices of ham
- 2 cups of fresh spinach
- Olive oil
- Salt
- Black pepper
- Garlic powder
- Dried oregano
Instructions:
1. Preheat your oven to 375°F (190°C).
2. Grease a baking dish with olive oil.
3. Spread the fresh spinach evenly in the bottom of the dish.
4. Lay the ham slices on top of the spinach.
