Imagine if you will this baked feta dip—feta crumbles, sautéed spinach, and sundried tomatoes baked and served with warm pita bread. This is an awesome dip to serve at your next gathering.
- 1 block of feta cheese
- 2 cloves of garlic
- 1 tablespoon olive oil
- 1 teaspoon dried oregano
- 1 teaspoon dried thyme
- Salt and pepper to taste
1. Preheat your oven to 375°F (190°C).
2. In a small baking dish, place the block of feta cheese in the center.
3. Peel and mince the garlic cloves, then sprinkle them evenly over the feta cheese.
4. Drizzle the olive oil on top of the feta cheese and garlic.
5. In a small bowl, mix together the dried oregano and thyme. Sprinkle the herb mixture on top of the feta cheese.
6. Season with salt and pepper to taste.
7. Place the baking dish in the preheated oven and bake for 15-20 minutes, until the feta cheese is soft and slightly golden on top.
8. Once done, remove the baking dish from the oven and let it cool for a few minutes.
