- 2 ripe bananas
- 1 cup all-purpose flour
- 1/2 cup sugar
- 1/4 cup olive oil
- 1/4 cup milk
- 1 egg
- 1 tsp baking powder
- 1/2 tsp baking soda
- 1/2 tsp salt
- 1/2 cup chocolate chips
1. Preheat your oven to 375°F (190°C) and prepare a muffin tin with liners or by greasing each cup with olive oil.
2. In a large mixing bowl, mash the ripe bananas until smooth.
3. Add in the olive oil, milk, and egg to the mashed bananas and mix until well combined.
4. In a separate bowl, mix together the flour, sugar, baking powder, baking soda, and salt.
5. Slowly add the dry ingredients into the wet mixture, stirring until just combined.
