Beer Cheese Dip

Description

This beer cheese dip pairs perfectly with Bavarian-style pretzels and with bratwurst. Alternatively, use it in mac & cheese, smear on slider buns as a topping, or try making a grilled cheese sandwich with it.

Ingredient

- 1 cup shredded cheddar cheese

- 1 cup shredded mozzarella cheese

- 1/2 cup beer

- 1/4 cup olive oil

- 1 tsp garlic powder

- 1 tsp onion powder

- 1 tsp dried parsley

- Salt and pepper to taste

Direction

1. In a medium saucepan, heat olive oil over medium heat.

2. Add shredded cheddar and mozzarella cheese to the saucepan and stir until melted.

3. Gradually pour in the beer and stir until well combined.

4. Add garlic powder, onion powder, and dried parsley to the mixture and stir until fully incorporated.

5. Continue to cook and stir until the dip is smooth and creamy.

6. Taste and add salt and pepper as desired.

7. Serve the dip warm with chips, crackers, or veggies for dipping.

8. If the dip starts to thicken, you can add a splash of beer or milk to thin it out.

9. Enjoy your delicious and easy beer cheese dip! Optional: you can also top the dip with additional shredded cheese and bake in the oven for a few minutes for a crispy, cheesy topping.
