Ingredient

- 1 cup all-purpose flour

- 1 tsp baking powder

- 1 tsp baking soda

- 1/4 tsp salt

- 1/2 tsp cinnamon

- 1/4 cup olive oil

- 1/2 cup sugar

- 2 ripe bananas, mashed

- 1/2 cup fresh blueberries

Direction

1. Preheat your oven to 350 degrees Fahrenheit (175 degrees Celsius). Grease a 9x5 inch loaf pan with olive oil.

 

2. In a large mixing bowl, combine the flour, baking powder, baking soda, salt, and cinnamon. Mix well.

 

3. In a separate mixing bowl, whisk together the olive oil, sugar, and mashed bananas until well combined.

 

4. Pour the wet ingredients into the dry ingredients and mix until just combined. Do not overmix.

 

5. Gently fold in the fresh blueberries into the batter.

 

6. Pour the batter into the prepared loaf pan and smooth out the top with a spatula.

 

7. Bake the blueberry banana bread for 50-60 minutes, or until a toothpick inserted into the center comes out clean.
