Ingredient

1 head of broccoli, chopped into florets

1/4 cup olive oil

1 tsp salt

1/2 tsp black pepper

1 tsp garlic powder

1 tsp onion powder

1/2 cup dried cranberries

1/4 cup sliced almonds

1/4 cup crumbled feta cheese

1/4 cup chopped red onion

Direction

Instructions:
1. In a large mixing bowl, combine the chopped broccoli florets, dried cranberries, sliced almonds, crumbled feta cheese, and chopped red onion.

2. In a separate small bowl, mix together the olive oil, salt, black pepper, garlic powder, and onion powder. This will be the dressing for the salad.

3. Pour the dressing over the broccoli mixture and toss until everything is evenly coated.

4. Cover the bowl and let it sit in the fridge for at least 30 minutes, allowing the flavors to marinate and the broccoli to soften slightly.

5. Before serving, give the salad a final toss and adjust the seasoning to taste.
