Buffalo Chicken Dip

This crowd-pleasing dip from F&W’s Justin Chapple has all the punchy flavors of buffalo chicken wings. It gets its creamy texture from a combination of cream cheese and sour cream. Serve it with tortilla chips and celery sticks.


- 2 cups shredded cooked chicken

- 1 cup buffalo sauce

- 1 cup cream cheese, softened

- 1 cup shredded cheddar cheese

- 1 tablespoon olive oil

- 1 teaspoon minced garlic

- 1 teaspoon dried parsley

- Salt and pepper, to taste


1. Preheat your oven to 350 degrees Fahrenheit.

2. In a mixing bowl, combine the shredded chicken and buffalo sauce. Mix well until the chicken is evenly coated.

3. In a separate bowl, mix together the cream cheese, cheddar cheese, olive oil, garlic, parsley, and a pinch of salt and pepper.

4. Add the chicken and buffalo sauce mixture to the bowl with the cream cheese mixture. Stir everything together until well combined.

5. Transfer the dip into a greased baking dish or cast iron skillet.

6. Bake for 25-30 minutes, until the dip is hot and bubbly.

7. Serve hot with tortilla chips, crackers, or vegetables for dipping.

8. Optional: For a crispy topping, broil the dip for the last 2-3 minutes of baking.
