This crowd-pleasing dip from F&W’s Justin Chapple has all the punchy flavors of buffalo chicken wings. It gets its creamy texture from a combination of cream cheese and sour cream. Serve it with tortilla chips and celery sticks.
- 2 cups shredded cooked chicken
- 1 cup buffalo sauce
- 1 cup cream cheese, softened
- 1 cup shredded cheddar cheese
- 1 tablespoon olive oil
- 1 teaspoon minced garlic
- 1 teaspoon dried parsley
- Salt and pepper, to taste
1. Preheat your oven to 350 degrees Fahrenheit.
2. In a mixing bowl, combine the shredded chicken and buffalo sauce. Mix well until the chicken is evenly coated.
3. In a separate bowl, mix together the cream cheese, cheddar cheese, olive oil, garlic, parsley, and a pinch of salt and pepper.
