- 1 bag of frozen shredded hash browns
- 1 cup shredded cheddar cheese
- 4 eggs
- Olive oil
- Salt
- Pepper
- Garlic powder
- Onion powder
1. In a large skillet, heat 2 tablespoons of olive oil over medium heat.
2. Add the frozen hash browns to the skillet and season with salt, pepper, garlic powder, and onion powder. Cook for 5-7 minutes, stirring occasionally, until the hash browns are crispy and golden brown.
3. Push the hash browns to one side of the skillet and crack the eggs into the other side. Season the eggs with salt and pepper to taste.
