1. Preheat your oven to 375°F (190°C).
2. In a small bowl, mix together 1 teaspoon of chili powder, 1 teaspoon of garlic powder, and 1/2 teaspoon of salt.
3. Place the tilapia fillets on a baking sheet lined with parchment paper.
4. Drizzle olive oil over the fillets and rub it in to coat both sides.
5. Squeeze the juice of 1 lime over the fillets.
6. Sprinkle the chili powder mixture evenly over the fillets, making sure to cover all sides.
7. Bake the tilapia for 12-15 minutes, or until it flakes easily with a fork.
8. While the tilapia is baking, prepare the avocado crema. In a small bowl, mash 1 avocado until smooth. Then, mix in 1/4 cup of sour cream and the juice of 1/2 lime. Add salt and pepper to taste.
