Ingredient

- 2 ripe bananas, mashed

- 1/3 cup olive oil

- 1/2 cup granulated sugar

- 1 egg

- 1 teaspoon vanilla extract

- 1 teaspoon ground cinnamon

- 1 teaspoon baking soda

- 1/4 teaspoon salt

- 1 1/2 cups all-purpose flour

- 1/2 cup chocolate chips

Direction

Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C) and grease a 9x5 inch loaf pan with olive oil.

2. In a large mixing bowl, add the mashed bananas, olive oil, sugar, egg, vanilla extract, ground cinnamon, baking soda, and salt.

3. Use a wooden spoon or spatula to mix all of the ingredients together until well combined.

4. Add the all-purpose flour to the bowl and mix until the flour is fully incorporated into the batter.

5. Fold in the chocolate chips into the batter, saving a few to sprinkle on top of the bread.

6. Pour the batter into the greased loaf pan and spread it evenly.

7. Sprinkle the remaining chocolate chips on top of the batter.

8. Bake the bread for 45-50 minutes or until a toothpick inserted into the center comes out clean.

9. Once the bread is done baking, remove it from the oven and let it cool in the pan for 15 minutes.

10. After 15 minutes, remove the bread from the pan and let it cool completely on a wire rack.

11. Once cooled, slice and serve your delicious one bowl chocolate chip banana bread. Enjoy!
