Creamy, Cheesy Dip

Move over cowboy—this takes the Southwestern trend to another level.


- 8 oz cream cheese

- 1 cup shredded cheddar cheese

- 1/4 cup milk

- 1 tbsp olive oil

- 1 tsp garlic powder

- 1 tsp onion powder

- Salt and pepper to taste

- Optional: dried parsley for garnish


1. In a medium-sized saucepan, heat the olive oil over medium heat.

2. Add the cream cheese to the saucepan and stir until softened.

3. Gradually add in the shredded cheddar cheese, stirring until melted and well combined.

4. Pour in the milk and continue to stir until the mixture is smooth and creamy.

5. Add in the garlic powder, onion powder, salt, and pepper. Stir to combine.

6. Taste the dip and adjust seasonings as needed.

7. Once fully heated through and all ingredients are well combined, remove the dip from heat.

8. Transfer to a serving dish and garnish with dried parsley, if desired.

9. Serve the creamy, cheesy dip warm with your favorite chips, crackers, or veggies for dipping.
