Direction

1. In a large mixing bowl, combine 1 cup of flour, 2 eggs, 1 cup of milk, and 1/4 cup of water. Whisk together until the batter is smooth and lump-free.

2. Add a pinch of salt, pepper, and your choice of dried herbs to the batter. Mix well.

3. Heat a non-stick pan over medium-high heat and add a drizzle of olive oil to the pan.

4. Pour 1/4 cup of the crepe batter into the pan, tilting the pan to spread the batter evenly.

5. Cook the crepe for 1-2 minutes on one side until it starts to bubble and the edges turn golden brown.

6. Carefully flip the crepe using a spatula and cook for an additional 1-2 minutes on the other side.

7. Transfer the cooked crepe to a plate and repeat the process until all the batter is used up.

8. For the savory crepe, add a handful of shredded cheese on one half of the crepe and top with your choice of sliced ham or cooked bacon. Fold the crepe in half and cook for an additional 1-2 minutes until the cheese is melted.

9. For the vegetable crepe, sauté your choice of chopped vegetables in a pan with olive oil until they are tender. Add the vegetables to one half of the crepe and fold in half. Cook for an additional 1-2 minutes.

10. For the sweet crepe, spread a spoonful of Nutella on one half of the crepe and top with sliced fruits of your choice. Fold in half and cook for an additional 1-2 minutes.

11. For the honey and cream crepe, spread a spoonful of honey on one half of the crepe and top with a dollop of whipped cream. Fold in half and cook for an additional 1-2 minutes.

12. Serve the crepes hot and sprinkled with a dusting of powdered sugar, if desired. Enjoy your delicious crepes four ways!
