Crispy Caesar Chicken Cutlets

recipe Detail

Description

They are so much better than a salad, in our opinion.

Ingredient

- 4 boneless, skinless chicken breasts

- 1/2 cup all-purpose flour

- 1 tsp garlic powder

- 1 tsp onion powder

- 1 tsp dried oregano

- 1 tsp dried thyme

- 1 tsp dried parsley

- Salt and pepper

- 1/4 cup olive oil

- 1/4 cup Caesar dressing

- 1/4 cup grated Parmesan cheese

- 1/2 cup breadcrumbs

Direction

1. Begin by preheating your oven to 375°F (190°C).

2. In a shallow dish, mix together the flour, garlic powder, onion powder, oregano, thyme, parsley, salt, and pepper.

3. In another dish, mix together the Caesar dressing and grated Parmesan cheese.

4. In a third dish, place the breadcrumbs.

5. Take each chicken breast and dip it in the flour mixture, making sure it is coated on all sides.

6. Next, dip the chicken in the Caesar dressing mixture, again making sure it is coated evenly.

7. Finally, coat the chicken in breadcrumbs, pressing the breadcrumbs onto the chicken to make sure they stick.

8. In a large skillet, heat the olive oil over medium-high heat. Once hot, add the chicken cutlets and cook for 3-4 minutes on each side, until they are golden and crispy.

9. Transfer the chicken cutlets to a baking dish and place in the preheated oven. Bake for 15-20 minutes, or until the chicken is fully cooked and reaches an internal temperature of 165°F (74°C).

10. Once cooked, remove the chicken cutlets from the oven and let them rest for a few minutes.

11. Serve the crispy Caesar chicken cutlets with your choice of side dish, such as roasted vegetables or a Caesar salad. Enjoy!
