These garlic herb roasted potatoes are the perfect side dish for any meal. The potatoes are tossed in a mixture of olive oil, garlic, and herbs, then roasted until crispy and tender.

Ingredient

- 6 medium sized potatoes

- 3 cloves of garlic

- Olive oil

- Salt

- Black pepper

- Dried rosemary

- Dried thyme

- Dried oregano

Direction

1. Preheat your oven to 400°F (200°C).

 

2. Wash and scrub 6 medium sized potatoes and cut them into small cubes.

 

3. Peel and finely chop 3 cloves of garlic.

 

4. In a mixing bowl, add the chopped garlic, 2 tablespoons of olive oil, 1 teaspoon of dried rosemary, 1 teaspoon of dried thyme, 1 teaspoon of dried oregano, a pinch of salt and black pepper.

 

5. Mix all the ingredients well until the potatoes are evenly coated with the garlic herb mixture.

 

6. Take a baking dish and grease it with olive oil.

 

7. Transfer the coated potatoes to the greased baking dish and spread them out in a single layer.

 

8. Bake the potatoes in the preheated oven for about 25-30 minutes, or until they are crispy and golden brown.
