Ingredient

- 2 cups of white rice

- 4 eggs

- 1 tablespoon olive oil

- Salt

- Black pepper

- Garlic powder

- Onion powder

- Soy sauce (optional)

Direction

Instructions:
1. Cook the rice according to package instructions. Fluff and let it cool for 5 minutes.

2. In a small bowl, beat the eggs with a pinch of salt and black pepper.

3. Heat a large pan or wok over medium-high heat and add the olive oil.

4. Pour the beaten eggs into the pan and let it cook for about 1-2 minutes, stirring occasionally, until scrambled.

5. Remove the scrambled eggs from the pan and set aside.

6. In the same pan, add the cooked rice and spread it out evenly. Let it cook for 2-3 minutes, stirring occasionally.

7. Add the scrambled eggs back into the pan with the rice.

8. Sprinkle a pinch of salt, black pepper, garlic powder, and onion powder over the rice and eggs. You can adjust the amount of seasoning according to your taste.

9. If desired, add a splash of soy sauce for extra flavor.

10. Stir everything together and let it cook for another 2-3 minutes until the rice is heated through and slightly crispy.

11. Serve hot and enjoy your easy egg fried rice!
