Ingredient

- 1 large egg

- 1 small pizza crust

- 1/4 cup goat cheese

- 2 tablespoons chopped scallions

- 1 tablespoon olive oil

- Salt and black pepper to taste

- Dried oregano (optional)

- Red pepper flakes (optional)

Direction

1. Preheat your oven to 400°F (200°C).

 

2. Place the pizza crust on a baking sheet and brush it with olive oil.

 

3. In a small bowl, mix together the goat cheese, scallions, and a pinch of salt and black pepper.

 

4. Spread the goat cheese mixture evenly over the pizza crust, leaving a small border around the edge.

 

5. Make a small well in the center of the goat cheese mixture and crack the egg into it.

 

6. Season the egg with a pinch of salt and black pepper, and sprinkle some dried oregano and red pepper flakes on top if desired.

 

7. Bake the pizza in the oven for 10-12 minutes, or until the crust is golden brown and the egg is cooked to your liking.
