Ingredient

- 4 eggs

- 1 tablespoon olive oil

- Salt and pepper

- 1 teaspoon dried thyme

- 1 teaspoon dried oregano

- 1 teaspoon garlic powder

Direction

 

1. Preheat your oven to 375 degrees F (190 degrees C). Line a baking sheet with parchment paper.

 

2. Separate the egg whites from the egg yolks, placing the yolks in a small bowl and the whites in a large mixing bowl.

 

3. Add a pinch of salt and pepper to the egg whites. Using an electric mixer, beat the egg whites until stiff peaks form.

 

4. Gently fold in the dried thyme, oregano, and garlic powder into the beaten egg whites.

 

5. Using a spoon or spatula, make four mounds of the egg white mixture on the prepared baking sheet, making a small well in the center of each mound.

 

6. Carefully transfer one egg yolk into each well, being careful not to break the yolk.

 

7. Drizzle olive oil over the egg yolk and sprinkle with a pinch of salt and pepper.

 

8. Bake in the preheated oven for 8-10 minutes, until the egg whites are golden brown and the yolks are set to your desired consistency.
