This Fajita Parchment Baked Chicken is the perfect way to spice up your weeknight dinners. The combination of peppers, onions, and chicken creates a symphony of flavors that will leave your tastebuds very happy!

Ingredient

- 1 lb chicken breast, sliced into strips

- 1 red bell pepper, sliced

- 1 green bell pepper, sliced

- 1 onion, sliced

- 2 tablespoons olive oil

- 1 teaspoon chili powder

- 1 teaspoon cumin

- 1/2 teaspoon paprika

- Salt and pepper, to taste

- Parchment paper

Direction

1. Preheat your oven to 375 degrees F (190 degrees C).

 

2. In a small bowl, mix together the chili powder, cumin, paprika, salt, and pepper.

 

3. In a large mixing bowl, add the chicken strips and drizzle with 1 tablespoon of olive oil. Sprinkle the spice mixture over the chicken and toss to evenly coat the chicken.

 

4. On a large sheet of parchment paper, place the chicken strips in a single layer.

 

5. In the same mixing bowl, add the sliced bell peppers and onion. Drizzle with the remaining olive oil and sprinkle with a pinch of salt and pepper. Toss to coat.
