These frozen yogurt granola cups are the perfect breakfast for a warm morning.
- 1 cup granola
- 1/4 cup honey
- 2 tablespoons olive oil
- 1 teaspoon ground cinnamon
- 1/2 cup Greek yogurt
- Fresh berries (optional)
1. Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C).
2. In a mixing bowl, combine the granola, honey, olive oil, and ground cinnamon. Mix well until all the ingredients are evenly coated.
3. Line a muffin tin with paper liners or grease the pan with olive oil.
4. Take about 2 tablespoons of the granola mixture and press it into the bottom of each muffin cup, creating a small indent in the middle.
