Description

Ingredient

- 1 cup all-purpose flour

- 1 cup milk

- 4 eggs

- 3 tablespoons olive oil

- 1 teaspoon salt

- 1 teaspoon ground cinnamon

- 1/2 teaspoon ground nutmeg

- 2 tablespoons butter

Direction

1. Preheat your oven to 425°F (220°C).

 

2. In a large mixing bowl, whisk together the flour, milk, eggs, olive oil, salt, cinnamon, and nutmeg until well combined and smooth.

 

3. In a 10-inch cast iron skillet or oven-safe pan, melt the butter over low heat on the stovetop.

 

4. Once the butter is melted, pour the batter into the skillet and immediately transfer it to the preheated oven.

 

5. Bake for 20-25 minutes, or until the pancake is puffed up and golden brown around the edges.

 

6. Remove from the oven and let it cool for a few minutes.

 

7. Slice the pancake into wedges and serve warm, topped with your desired toppings such as fruit, powdered sugar, or maple syrup.
