Showcase nectarines at their best in the springtime with a stunning salad. With crunchy candied pecans and creamy burrata, it's full of texture

Ingredient

- 2 nectarines

- 1 ball of burrata cheese

- 1/4 cup olive oil

- Salt and pepper

- Dried basil

Direction

Instructions:

1. Start by preheating your grill to medium-high heat.

2. While the grill is heating up, slice the nectarines into thick wedges.

3. In a small bowl, mix together 1/4 cup of olive oil, 1 teaspoon of dried basil, and a pinch of salt and pepper.

4. Brush the nectarine wedges with the seasoned olive oil mixture.

5. Once the grill is hot, place the nectarine wedges on the grill and cook for 2-3 minutes on each side, until grill marks appear and the nectarines are slightly softened.

6. Remove the nectarines from the grill and let them cool for a few minutes.

7. In the meantime, tear apart the burrata cheese into small pieces and place them in a bowl.

8. Add the grilled nectarines to the bowl with the burrata cheese.

9. Drizzle the remaining seasoned olive oil mixture over the salad and gently toss to combine.

10. Serve the grilled nectarine and burrata salad immediately as a side dish or light lunch. Enjoy!
