- 1 tsp chili powder

- 1 tsp garlic powder

- 1 tsp onion powder

- 1 tsp dried oregano

Direction

1. In a small bowl, mix together the cumin, chili powder, garlic powder, onion powder, dried oregano, and dried basil to create a seasoning mixture.

2. Heat a large skillet over medium-high heat and add the olive oil.

3. Once the oil is hot, add the ground turkey to the skillet and cook until browned and fully cooked, about 5-7 minutes.

4. Season the ground turkey with half of the seasoning mixture, salt, and pepper. Stir to combine.

5. Remove the ground turkey from the skillet and set aside.

6. In the same skillet, add the diced onion and minced garlic. Cook for 2-3 minutes until softened.

7. Add the diced bell peppers to the skillet and cook for an additional 3-4 minutes until they are slightly softened.

8. Season the vegetables with the remaining half of the seasoning mixture, salt, and pepper. Stir to combine.

9. Add the cooked ground turkey back to the skillet with the vegetables and stir everything together.

10. Serve the ground turkey stir fry over a bed of cooked rice. Enjoy!
