Healthy Banana Pancakes

Description

These pancakes are fluffy, moist, and delicious, and best of all, they're healthy! Made with ripe bananas, whole wheat flour, and no added sugar, they're a guilt-free breakfast option.

Ingredient

- 2 ripe bananas

- 2 eggs

- 1/4 cup almond flour

- 1 tsp baking powder

- 1 tsp cinnamon

- 1 tsp vanilla extract

- 1 tbsp olive oil

- Salt, to taste

- Honey or maple syrup, for serving (optional)

Direction

 

1. In a medium bowl, mash the bananas until smooth.

2. Add in the eggs, almond flour, baking powder, cinnamon, vanilla extract, and a pinch of salt. Mix until well combined.

3. Heat a non-stick pan over medium heat and add in the olive oil.

4. Using a 1/4 cup measuring scoop, pour the pancake batter onto the pan.

5. Cook for 2-3 minutes on one side, until bubbles start to form on the surface. Flip and cook for an additional 1-2 minutes on the other side.

6. Repeat with the remaining pancake batter.

7. Serve the pancakes warm with a drizzle of honey or maple syrup, if desired. Enjoy your healthy banana pancakes!
