This easy herb dip is made with sour cream and mayonnaise mixed with parsley, basil, chives, and dill. Best if chilled in the refrigerator for a few hours to overnight. Serve dip with veggies or crackers.
- 1 cup plain Greek yogurt
- 1 tablespoon olive oil
- 1 teaspoon garlic powder
- 1 teaspoon dried oregano
- 1 teaspoon dried basil
- Salt and pepper, to taste
1. In a small mixing bowl, combine the Greek yogurt, olive oil, garlic powder, dried oregano, and dried basil.
2. Mix well until all ingredients are fully incorporated.
3. Taste the dip and add salt and pepper as desired.
4. Cover the bowl and refrigerate for at least 30 minutes to allow the flavors to meld together.
5. Serve chilled with your favorite veggies, crackers, or pita chips.
