I want to wake up to a plate of this honey toast every single day!

Ingredient

- 4 slices of bread

- 2 tablespoons honey

- 2 tablespoons olive oil

- 1 teaspoon cinnamon

- 1/4 teaspoon nutmeg

- Pinch of salt

Direction

1. Preheat your oven to 375°F (190°C).

2. In a small bowl, mix together the honey, olive oil, cinnamon, nutmeg, and salt. This will be the honey glaze for the toast.

3. Lay out the slices of bread on a baking sheet lined with parchment paper.

4. Using a pastry brush or spoon, evenly spread the honey glaze over the bread slices.

5. Place the baking sheet in the oven and bake for 8-10 minutes, until the bread is golden brown and crispy.

6. Remove the toast from the oven and let it cool for a few minutes.

7. Serve the honey toast warm and enjoy as a delicious breakfast or snack. Optional: you can drizzle a little extra honey on top before serving for added sweetness.
