- Tortilla chips
- Ground beef
- Shredded cheese
- Black beans
- Corn
- Diced tomatoes
- Diced avocado
- Olive oil
- Seasoning (such as chili powder, cumin, salt, and pepper)
1. Preheat your oven to 375 degrees Fahrenheit.
2. Line a large baking sheet with aluminum foil and lightly coat with olive oil.
3. Spread a layer of tortilla chips on the baking sheet, covering the entire surface.
4. In a skillet, cook the ground beef over medium heat until browned. Drain any excess fat.
5. Season the ground beef with chili powder, cumin, salt, and pepper, to taste.
6. Spread the ground beef evenly over the tortilla chips.
7. Rinse and drain the black beans and corn. Sprinkle the beans and corn over the ground beef.
8. Top with a layer of shredded cheese.
9. Add diced tomatoes and avocado on top of the cheese.
10. Place the baking sheet in the oven and bake for 10-12 minutes, or until the cheese is melted and bubbly.
