Ingredient

- 1 ripe mango

- 1 avocado

- 1 can of black beans

- 2 tablespoons olive oil

- 1 teaspoon salt

- 1 teaspoon black pepper

- 1 teaspoon chili powder

- 1 teaspoon cumin

- 1 lime

- 1/4 cup chopped cilantro

Direction

Instructions:
1. Begin by preparing the mango. Cut the mango into small cubes and place them in a mixing bowl.

2. Next, peel and dice the avocado and add it to the bowl with the mango.

3. Drain and rinse the black beans and add them to the bowl as well.

4. In a small mixing bowl, combine the olive oil, salt, black pepper, chili powder, and cumin. Stir well to create a dressing.

5. Pour the dressing over the mango, avocado, and black beans. Gently mix everything together until well coated.

6. Squeeze the juice of one lime over the salad and mix well.

7. Finally, add the chopped cilantro and give the salad one final mix.

8. Serve chilled or at room temperature as a side dish or on top of your favorite protein for a complete meal.
