Description

Whip up a healthy chilli and bean pasta meal that's full of fibre and vitamin B

Ingredient

- 1 lb pasta

- 1 can of mild chilli beans

- 1 can of diced tomatoes

- 1 cup shredded cheese

- 1 tbsp olive oil

- 1 tsp garlic powder

- 1 tsp onion powder

- 1 tsp dried oregano

- Salt and pepper, to taste

Direction

Instructions:
1. Preheat your oven to 375°F (190°C).

2. Cook the pasta according to package instructions until al dente. Drain and set aside.

3. In a large mixing bowl, combine the cooked pasta, mild chilli beans, and diced tomatoes. Mix well.

4. Drizzle the olive oil over the pasta mixture and add the garlic powder, onion powder, dried oregano, salt, and pepper. Mix everything together until the pasta is evenly coated with the spices.

5. Transfer the pasta mixture to a greased 9x13 inch baking dish. Spread it evenly and top with shredded cheese.

6. Cover the dish with aluminum foil and bake for 20 minutes.

7. After 20 minutes, remove the foil and bake for an additional 10 minutes, or until the cheese is melted and bubbly.

8. Let the pasta bake cool for a few minutes before serving. Enjoy your delicious mild chilli & bean pasta bake!
