Description

Want to sink your teeth into s’mores all year long? Here’s the answer! Just combine marshmallow creme, chocolate and graham crackers for an awesome bite.

Ingredient

- Graham crackers

- Mini marshmallows

- Mini chocolate chips

- Olive oil

- Cinnamon

- Salt

Direction

1. Preheat your oven to 375°F (190°C).

2. Take a baking sheet and line it with parchment paper.

3. Take 8 graham crackers and break them in half to make 16 squares.

4. In a small bowl, mix together 2 tablespoons of olive oil, 1/4 teaspoon of cinnamon, and a pinch of salt.

5. Using a pastry brush, lightly brush the graham crackers with the olive oil mixture on both sides.

6. Place a few mini marshmallows and a sprinkle of mini chocolate chips on top of 8 of the graham cracker squares.

7. Take the remaining 8 graham cracker squares and place them on top of the marshmallows and chocolate chips to make a sandwich.

8. Brush the tops of the graham cracker sandwiches with the remaining olive oil mixture.

9. Place the mini s'mores on the prepared baking sheet and bake in the oven for 5-7 minutes, or until the marshmallows are slightly melted and the graham crackers are golden brown.

10. Remove from the oven and let cool for a few minutes before serving.

11. Optional: You can also sprinkle some extra cinnamon on top for added flavor.
