No Bake Pecan Pie Dip

This no bake pecan pie dip will be the hit at your holiday gathering. Think crunch paired with creaminess. I feel they taste best with apple slices, but pretzel crisps or crackers also work well.


- 1 cup pecans

- 1/2 cup cream cheese

- 1/4 cup honey

- 1/4 cup maple syrup

- 1 tsp vanilla extract

- 1 tsp cinnamon

- 1 pinch of salt

- Olive oil (for drizzling)

- Sea salt (for sprinkling)


1. In a food processor, blend 1 cup of pecans until they are finely chopped.


2. In a mixing bowl, combine the chopped pecans with 1/2 cup of cream cheese, 1/4 cup of honey, 1/4 cup of maple syrup, 1 tsp of vanilla extract, 1 tsp of cinnamon, and a pinch of salt. Mix until well combined.


3. Drizzle a small amount of olive oil on top of the dip, and sprinkle with sea salt.


4. Serve with your choice of dippers, such as graham crackers, sliced apples, or pretzels.
