- 4 fish fillets (tilapia, cod, or any white fish)
- 1/2 cup grated Parmesan cheese
- 1/4 cup breadcrumbs
- 2 tablespoons olive oil
- 1 teaspoon garlic powder
- 1 teaspoon dried oregano
- Salt and pepper, to taste
1. Preheat your oven to 375°F (190°C). Line a baking sheet with parchment paper or lightly grease with olive oil.
