Ingredient

- peanut butter

- rolled oats

- honey

- chocolate chips

- olive oil

- ground cinnamon

- sea salt

Direction

1. In a mixing bowl, combine 1 cup of rolled oats, 1/2 cup of peanut butter, 1/4 cup of honey, and 1 teaspoon of ground cinnamon.

2. Mix all the ingredients together until well combined.

3. If the mixture is too dry, add a small amount of olive oil to help bind the ingredients together.

4. Add 1/4 cup of chocolate chips to the mixture and stir well.

5. Take a small handful of the mixture and roll it into a ball using your hands.

6. Place the energy bites on a baking sheet lined with parchment paper.

7. Repeat until all the mixture is used up, making about 10-12 energy bites.

8. Sprinkle a pinch of sea salt on top of each energy bite.

9. Place the energy bites in the refrigerator for 30 minutes to set.

10. Once set, store the energy bites in an airtight container in the refrigerator for up to a week.
