Spinach Feta Skillet Dip

You’ll never want to make another party dip again.


- 1 package of frozen chopped spinach (thawed and drained)

- 1 small onion, finely chopped

- 1 garlic clove, minced

- 1 cup crumbled feta cheese

- 1 tablespoon olive oil

- 1 teaspoon dried oregano

- 1 teaspoon dried thyme

- Salt and pepper to taste


1. Preheat a skillet over medium heat and add olive oil.

2. Add the chopped onion and garlic to the skillet and cook for 2-3 minutes until softened.

3. Add the thawed and drained spinach to the skillet, along with the dried oregano and thyme. Cook for another 2-3 minutes.

4. Stir in the crumbled feta cheese and continue to cook until the cheese is melted and everything is well combined.

5. Season with salt and pepper to taste.

6. Serve the spinach feta dip warm with pita chips, crackers, or sliced baguette for dipping. Enjoy!
