- 1 can of corn

- 1 avocado

- 1 tomato

- 1/4 cup chopped red onion

- 1 garlic clove

- 1 lime

- Olive oil

- Salt and pepper

Direction

1. Start by preparing the vegetables. Drain and rinse the black beans and corn. Dice the avocado and tomato. Finely chop the red onion and garlic clove. Set aside.

2. In a small mixing bowl, combine the black beans, corn, avocado, tomato, red onion, and garlic.

3. Squeeze the juice of one lime over the mixture and drizzle with a tablespoon of olive oil. Season with a pinch of salt, pepper, garlic powder, cumin, and chili powder. Mix everything together until well combined.

4. Taste the dip and adjust seasonings as needed. You can add more salt, pepper, or spices depending on your preference.

5. Serve the taco dip with your choice of chips or veggies. You can also refrigerate the dip for an hour or so before serving to allow the flavors to meld together.
