This taco pizza appetizer starts with a crescent roll crust. Topped with a zesty cream cheese sauce and all your favorite taco toppings including ground beef and cheese. Makes a delicious and easy party appetizer!
- 1 premade pizza crust
- 1 cup of salsa
- 1 cup of shredded cheddar cheese
- 1/2 cup of black beans
- 1/2 cup of corn
- 1/4 cup of diced red onion
- 1/4 cup of sliced black olives
- 1 tablespoon of olive oil
- 1 teaspoon of taco seasoning
- 1 teaspoon of dried oregano
- Salt and pepper to taste
1. Preheat your oven to 375°F (190°C).
2. Place the premade pizza crust on a baking sheet or pizza stone.
3. In a small bowl, mix together the olive oil, taco seasoning, dried oregano, and a pinch of salt and pepper.
4. Brush the seasoned olive oil mixture over the pizza crust, making sure to evenly coat the entire crust.
5. Spread the salsa over the pizza crust, leaving about 1/2 inch around the edge.
6. Sprinkle the shredded cheddar cheese on top of the salsa.
