- 4 chicken breasts, cut into cubes
- 1 bell pepper, sliced
- 1 zucchini, sliced
- 1 onion, sliced
- 1 cup teriyaki sauce
- 2 tablespoons olive oil
- Salt and pepper to taste
- 1 teaspoon garlic powder
- 1 teaspoon onion powder
- 1 teaspoon dried oregano
- 1 teaspoon dried basil
1. Preheat your oven to 375°F (190°C).
2. Cut four large squares of aluminum foil, each about 12 inches in size.
3. In a small bowl, mix together the teriyaki sauce, olive oil, garlic powder, onion powder, dried oregano, and dried basil.
4. Place one chicken breast on each piece of foil and top with sliced bell peppers, zucchini, and onions.

6. Season with salt and pepper to taste.
7. Fold the foil over the chicken and veggies, creating a sealed packet.
8. Place the foil packs on a baking sheet and bake for 25-30 minutes, or until the chicken is cooked through and the veggies are tender.
