Ingredient

- Tilapia fillets

- Lemon

- Boursin cheese

- Olive oil

- Salt

- Pepper

- Garlic powder

- Dried thyme

Direction

1. Start by preheating your oven to 375°F (190°C).

2. Season both sides of the tilapia fillets with salt, pepper, and garlic powder.

3. Place the seasoned fillets on a baking sheet and drizzle with olive oil.

4. Cut a lemon in half and squeeze the juice over the fillets.

5. Sprinkle dried thyme on top of the fillets.

6. Place the baking sheet in the oven and bake for 12-15 minutes, or until the fish is cooked through.

7. While the fish is baking, prepare the lemon-boursin cream sauce. In a small saucepan, heat 1 tablespoon of olive oil over medium heat.
