Ingredient

- 1 sheet of puff pastry

- 8 mini pork sausages

- 2 tbsp ‘nduja

- 1 tbsp olive oil

- Salt and pepper

- Dried herbs (optional)

Direction

1. Preheat your oven to 375°F (190°C).

2. In a small bowl, mix together the ‘nduja, olive oil, and a pinch of salt and pepper. This will create a spicy oil mixture to marinate the sausages in.

3. Take the puff pastry sheet and lay it out on a flat surface. Cut it into 8 equal squares.

4. Place a mini pork sausage in the center of each square and brush the spicy oil mixture over the top.

5. Roll the pastry around the sausage, making sure to seal the edges with a bit of water. Repeat for all 8 sausages.

6. Place the sausage rolls on a baking sheet lined with parchment paper, seam side down.

7. If desired, brush the tops of the sausage rolls with a beaten egg and sprinkle with dried herbs such as thyme or rosemary for added flavor and presentation.

8. Bake for 20-25 minutes, or until the pastry is golden brown and the sausages are cooked through.

9. Serve the mini pork sausage rolls hot as a delicious appetizer or snack.
