Description

Whip up this cheap treat using storecupboard ingredients, tinned tuna and sweetcorn

Ingredient

- 1 can of tuna

- 1 cup uncooked pasta

- 1 cup pasta sauce

- 1/4 cup olive oil

- Salt and pepper

- Dried basil

- Dried oregano

- Shredded mozzarella cheese

Direction

Instructions:
1. Preheat your oven to 375°F (190°C).

2. Cook the pasta according to package instructions until it is al dente (firm but not too soft). Drain and set aside.

3. In a medium-sized bowl, mix together the tuna, pasta sauce, and cooked pasta. Season with salt, pepper, and a pinch of dried basil and oregano.

4. Grease a baking dish with olive oil and transfer the pasta mixture into it.

5. Sprinkle shredded mozzarella cheese on top of the pasta and cover the dish with aluminum foil.

6. Bake for 15 minutes, then remove the foil and bake for an additional 10-15 minutes until the cheese is melted and bubbly.

7. Remove the dish from the oven and let it cool for a few minutes before serving.
