- 4 eggs

- 1/4 teaspoon turmeric

- 1 tablespoon olive oil

- Salt and pepper to taste

- Optional: dried herbs or spices of your choice (such as cumin or paprika)



1. In a small bowl, crack the 4 eggs and beat them together until the whites and yolks are well combined.

2. Add 1/4 teaspoon of turmeric to the beaten eggs and mix well. This will give the eggs a vibrant yellow color and a slightly earthy flavor.

3. Heat 1 tablespoon of olive oil in a non-stick pan over medium heat.

4. Once the oil is hot, pour in the turmeric and egg mixture. Use a spatula to gently scramble the eggs, ensuring that they cook evenly.

5. As the eggs cook, you can add a pinch of salt and pepper to taste. If desired, you can also add in a pinch of your favorite dried herbs or spices to add more flavor to the eggs.

6. Continue to cook and scramble the eggs until they are fully cooked and slightly golden in color. This should take about 3-4 minutes.

7. Once the eggs are cooked, remove them from the heat and transfer them to a serving plate.

8. Serve the turmeric scrambled eggs hot and enjoy as a delicious and flavorful breakfast or snack!

Optional: You can also add in some diced vegetables like bell peppers, onions, or tomatoes to add more texture and nutrients to the scrambled eggs. Simply sauté them in the pan before adding the egg mixture and continue with the rest of the recipe.
